Hotel Hermes - Krnov

Romantic escape = a disaster - Although the pictures online may look appealing, my partner and I had a rough experience at this hotel. We did appreciate the fact that the room was clean and tidy, and that there was a TV to watch. the location was close to some nice scenery for taking walks. the only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast. It was decent and we didn't have to go far to find it.

Our worst experience was the bed. It was extremely uncomfortable and the sheets were scratchy.

The place had some beautiful scenery and was in a great location to go on trips. the rooms were quite spacious and quiet, and the beds were quite comfortable. the bathrooms were neat and clean. the staff were helpful and accommodating. the breakfast provided as part of the accommodation was quite good, and the restaurant in the hotel was terrific and value for money.

The hotel lacked basic amenities such as Wi-Fi and a gym.

During our weekend getaway, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the property and the spaciousness of the rooms. It was great to have a TV, comfy beds, and a nice shower. we enjoyed the fact that breakfast was included as well as the hotel restaurant which offered delicious and affordable Czech cuisine. The location was perfect for us to explore the breathtaking scenery of the area and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a few minor issues. The noise from outside was a bit bothersome at times, which made it difficult to fully relax.
